Purpose
These terms and conditions govern bookings of rooms and tables at Hôtel Restaurant Le Grand Atlas, 35 rue du Souk, Mirleft town centre, Morocco.
Bookings
Room bookings are made through the Booking.com platform or by direct contact (phone, WhatsApp, e-mail). A booking is only final once confirmed by the establishment.
Restaurant table bookings are made by phone or WhatsApp, subject to availability.
Rates
Room rates are shown in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), Berber breakfast included, unless stated otherwise. They may vary depending on the season and the length of stay. The applicable rate is the one in force at the time the booking is confirmed.
Payment
Payment is made according to the terms specified at the time of booking (on site or via the booking platform). No banking data is collected directly by this site.
Cancellation and changes
Unless special conditions are stated at the time of booking:
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the arrival date.
- Beyond that, the first night may be charged.
- In the event of a no-show, the first night is due.
When the booking is made through Booking.com, the platform's cancellation terms apply.
Arrival and departure
- Arrival (check-in): from 2:00 pm.
- Departure (check-out): before 12:00 pm.
Early check-in or late check-out may be offered free of charge, on request and subject to availability.
House rules
For everyone's comfort, please respect the peace of the premises, particularly in the evening. Pets are welcome on prior request. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms.
Liability
The establishment does everything possible to ensure a pleasant stay. It cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the region.
